Printing from Linux

Well I finally got that Minolta Printer working under linux. I had a friend compile the source files, because my version of make wouldn't. He sent me the resulting executable last night and I tinkered for about 4 hours. The redhat-print-config utility could not be made to find the driver, but the CUPS web-interface found it fine. I then had to spend some time figuring out how to tell CUPS how to authenticate to the Windows Domain. Once I got that sorted out I had test pages say they were printing successfully but never coming out. After beating on THAT for an hour I looked at the Print Queue on the Win2K box and saw that a bad test page from the redhat-print-config tool was stuck in its craw. Cleared that out and the other three test pages that were backed up behind them came right out. Yaay! I can print from Linux again.
