Funny you should call him that: in Brian Behan's "The Queer Fellow," the onstage prisoners refer to another prisoner, whom we never see, as simply "the other fellow." This man allegedly killed his brother and chopped him to pieces, and they report his hanging at the end of the play. (Hey, it's Irish drama -- you have to expect morbidity.) I'm not about to wish a hanging on W., but he is coming to remind me of that "other fellow."
The Hummer H2 is not a military vehicle. It's a Chevy Suburban playing paintball. Seriously, the H2 is built on the same platform as GM's largest SUV's and given a military style body. Still no reason to drive it day to day, but it's the H1 that's the military vehicle (and quite a bit pricier than the H2).
