Passover stuff done

Prepped Haroseth (Sunflower seeds, apple, figs, MD Blackberry wine)
Prepped a gluten-free layered spinach and yam Kugel. I think the yam mixture may have been too dry, so it my not be as visually stunning as I had hoped.
Lamb for the second night will be picked up that day.
Am not balking at eating Kitniyot this year.

Date: 2008-04-19 03:42 am (UTC)Naturally, I had to wikilookup terms to catch up. Haroseth is sort of a paste, right? I think I saw a TV show a while back that suggested the sandwich might have had at least one of its origins from a paste like that spread over some matzo. I imagine that paste would have to soak in a bit, if your sandwich isn't going to snap into many pieces after the first bite..
