Put simply, its about Bush's proposal of mandatory "mental health" screening for America's children, and concomitant prescription of drugs to treat any conditions found.
If you are a conservative, and you fear the "Nanny Government" that liberals would create -- hell liberals ain't got nothin' on this shit.
