The chiropractor spent some time today playing with my knee. Seems a spill I took a little over a week ago might have torn my miniscus. Hopefully, PT and TLC will keep the knee going without surgery.

Talk of knee injuries always makes me wince a little more than many other injuries.

No more pickup basketball games at lunch for us, huh? Or political / tae-kwon-do bouts? At least for a while?

God, that stinks. >_< I think the worst thing about injuries is when there's stuff you used to enjoy doing you can't really get back into after.
